TAKES A BIKE RIDE

October 23, 2006 – For
the fifth year Compensation Solutions, one of the tri-state area’s leading
Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), was a Gold Sponsor of the Bergen Bike
Tour. Now in its eleventh year, the Bergen Bike Tour was held on at Darlington
Park in Mahwah, New Jersey on Sunday, October 15th. The
event includes 50, 25 and 10-mile routes for cyclists of every level – from
the novice to the skilled enthusiast - that wind through scenic areas of 16
northern Bergen County towns.
Following the cycling events, a family fun picnic was held, featuring a DJ,
clowns, games and a home-cooked barbeque. Kids and grownups also participated in
craft projects that were donated to patients at Tomorrow Children’s Institute
and to programs served by the Volunteer Center.
The
Volunteer Center of Bergen County strengthens the community by connecting people
with opportunities to serve, operating model volunteer programs, building
capacity for effective volunteering, and participating in strategic partnerships
that meet community needs. Working with more than 600 public and private
nonprofit agencies in and near Bergen County that value and need the services of
volunteers, the Volunteer Center links individuals, groups, organizations and
corporations with rewarding volunteer opportunities that fit their interests,

Tomorrows
Children's Fund
exists to ease the pain and speed the healing of children with cancer and
