OAKLAND, NEW JERSEY, MAY 13, 2004 – Compensation Solutions, Inc. (“Compensation Solutions”), one of the tri-state area’s leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), will participate in the 10th Annual Paterson Habitat for Humanity Corporate Challenge on Friday, June 4th and Friday, June 11th. More than 35 employees will be given an afternoon off to participate in this local effort to build homes for the working poor.

Since 1995, more than 110 companies have participated in the Paterson Habitat for Humanity Corporate Challenge. This year’s Honorary Chairman, George Sous, PSE&G, has encouraged every business to accept this “challenge” to help build decent, affordable homes for hard-working, low-income families.

“We congratulate Compensation Solutions and its employees for their dedication and generosity in taking the time to make a difference in the lives of so many Paterson families,” said Mibs Wagner, Resource Development Manager for Paterson Habitat for Humanity. “This is our Hammerthon – a fun, team-spirited event, which has grown in popularity over the years among area organizations. It gives volunteers the opportunity to make a difference, see the results of their labor, and meet some of the families their work impacts.”

The Paterson Habitat for Humanity Corporate Challenge takes place from June 1-12, 2004. Volunteers donate their time along with financial contributions made by the company and/or its employees. Last year, the Corporate Challenge raised over $170,000, with 100% of the funds dedicated to purchasing materials to build homes. Each participating team will be involved in a broad range of tasks from framing and sheet rocking to painting and landscaping. No prior experience is necessary.

“Compensation Solutions is a company that values teamwork and so it is a natural fit for us to participate in this wonderful “team effort” to build houses for our neighbors in Paterson – by carrying 2x4’s, swinging hammers, and painting walls,” said Tom Cioffe, President and CEO. “The Compensation Solutions team is committed to making a family’s dream of homeownership come true. We hope this project is just the start of a long-term relationship with the Paterson Habitat for Humanity.”
