Basilo, Vice President of Business Development, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Center of Bergen County.   When asked about her appointment, Ms. Basilo said, “I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful organization dedicated to connecting those who need help with those who offer their assistance. From fundraising for groups like the Tomorrows Children’s Fund to mentoring programs for young mothers at risk, the Volunteer Center is dedicated to making a difference through the time, talents and generosity of our volunteers.”

In her position as the Vice President of Business Development for Compensation Solutions, Ms. Basilo directs the Business Development team and is responsible for the administration of the department, including quality control, profitability and the implementation of the department’s short-range and long-term business development objectives. She oversees all activities in the department from sales, marketing, and public relations to educational seminars and employee training.
