SHARON STEED

Sharon spent eighteen years in the banking industry in the Installment Lending area; first as a processing clerk and later, as an officer in charge of Direct Lending Customer Service. Prior to her employment with Compensation Solutions, she was the Payroll Manager at Tilcon, Inc., a local construction company. Sharon joined Compensation Solutions in February 2001. She was hired as a Payroll Administrator and in May 2001, was promoted to the position of Payroll Manager.
