Cioffe, President and CEO, was named to the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals, a highly successful business to business publication.  Members are placed in the directory citing their individual achievements in their particular area of specialty.  Commenting on his selection for “Who’s Who”, Tom Cioffe said, “I am very honored to be named with such a prestigious group of professionals who represent the best of the business community”.

Mr. Cioffe is the co-founder and President of Compensation Solutions and the Executive Director of Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service, Inc. (“HHCS”) He works closely with Compensation Solutions and HHCS clients regarding issues such as personnel management, compensation, employee benefits and compliance with federal and state employment legislation.  In his role at HHCS, he oversees the collection and interpretation of research materials used in the support of compensation elements and plan design. The General Accounting Office, Library of Congress, and the Department of Labor reference findings from research conducted by HHCS. Mr. Cioffe has also been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and The Washington Post.

He is a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year award, a program that recognizes a select group of entrepreneurs whose ingenuity, hard work and perseverance have created and sustained successful, growing business ventures. Through his sound financial planning, vision and leadership, Compensation Solutions has been selected by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s finest privately held companies for 2003 and 2004. Mr. Cioffe has recently completed his second term as president of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations.
