TO SIT ON LEGAL ADVISORY COUNCIL
OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATION

Oakland, New Jersey – October 17, 2005 – Compensation Solutions, Inc. (COMPSolutions), one of the tri-state area’s leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) announced today that Steven Politis, Esq., Director of Legal Affairs, will sit on the Legal Advisory Council (LAC) of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). This advisory group consists of volunteer attorneys who are either in-house attorneys or outside counsel for PEOs. Members are selected for their expertise and experience in the industry and are appointed by the President of NAPEO for one-year terms. The LAC serves as a legal resource for the Board of Directors of NAPEO and provides advice to the board as it considers policies and positions. The LAC works directly with the General Counsel of NAPEO in developing and presenting the annual Legal and Legislative Conference. Current legal issues are addressed at monthly conference calls with the council conducting face-to-face working sessions twice each year.
