Director to play a critical role in the strategic growth of the 
Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Risk Management Programs

Oakland, New Jersey – February 10, 2005 – Compensation Solutions, one of the tri-state area’s leading Professional Employer Organizations, today announced that Steven Politis has joined the company in the position of Director of Legal Affairs. Prior to joining Compensation Solutions, Mr. Politis was General Counsel and Director of Regulatory Compliance for an out of state PEO. As a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and, in particular, as a member of the Legal Advisory Council, Mr. Politis has worked closely with Thomas J. Cioffe, the President of Compensation Solutions, for more than six years.

Mr. Politis is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctoris from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in the state courts of New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, Minnesota, North Dakota, as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Eastern District Court of New York. He has broad range of experience in the areas of employment law, including labor and management issues, regulatory compliance, risk management, arbitration, mediation and litigation.
