STUART J. YANNALFO
TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

OAKLAND, NEW JERSEY – (November 1, 2005) - Compensation Solutions, Inc. (“COMPSolutions”), one of the tri-state area’s leading Professional Employer Organizations, today announced the promotion of Stuart J. Yannalfo to the position of Executive Vice President. Thomas J. In his former position as Senior Vice President of Finance, Mr. Yannalfo managed the growth and development of the payroll and finance divisions of COMPSolutions. Prior to starting COMPSolutions in 1997, his work experience was in trading foreign exchange, fixed income securities and financial options. Mr. Yannalfo and his family also resided in Bermuda for two years while he successfully developed and directed an offshore foreign exchange and options trading concern. He has been widely quoted in many publications, including The New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
