ANTHONY DE LORENZIS
TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Employer Organizations, today announced the promotion of Anthony De
Lorenzis to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mr. De Lorenzis joined COMPSolutions after twenty years in retail
banking. A former Vice President and Branch Manager, he has been
involved in every facet of branch operations. His major
responsibilities included personnel management, cash management,
product training, sales management, product tracking and branch
systems management. Extensive customer contact, business
development, networking and people management were also included in
his day-to-day activities. He is a licensed life insurance agent for
the state of New Jersey and is experienced with products designed
for individual retirement plans, such as tax-deferred annuities.
Mr. De Lorenzis is a member of the Passaic Valley chapter of Unico
National, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to
college-bound high school seniors in the Passaic Valley area.
