The Workers Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Certification Program was developed through the cooperative efforts of Workers Compensation insurance companies and PEO industry risk managers and insurance brokers with the support of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (“NAPEO”) and the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (“ESAC”) to enhance industry credibility in this key service area. The independent, non-profit Certification Institute administers the program.
